Yes, we ship to most locations using Australia Post International Standard or Express. For estimated delivery times for your country, please refer to Australia Post’s website.

No, we don’t all orders to EU are subject to tax afterwards

I have recently moved/will be moving before my Group-Buy ships, is it possible to change my address?

Definitely! If you happen to move houses before your group-buy item has been shipped, please contact support@keebzncables.com as soon as possible.

Please include: Order number, Full Name, new address and any new changes to existing information.

As we package and send your order as soon as possible to make sure they get to you in a timely manner, we recommend requesting any changes as soon as you place your order.

We cannot guarantee any changes will be made after your order has been placed, we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Orders cannot be cancelled if it has been dispatched.

To make any changes to your order, please contact support@keebzncables.com with the following information: Name, Order No. and the changes wanted on the order.

We are able to modify any open orders in AUD. Once modified, you will receive an invoice payment by email for the balance difference on your order. To make a request email support@keebzncables.com

For international orders in non AUD currencies, we are unable to modify orders and recommend making a separate order and selecting pickup. Once this is done, send an email to support@keebzncables.com with the two order numbers you would like to combine.
