This service consists of a custom finish to your keyboard badges and weights, offering a unique touch to your keyboard for a wide range of keyboard sizes - from 40% to full size. A generous amount of clear coat on top of acrylic paint allows for a durable finish on your weight and gives the weight a clean satin sheen or gloss shine. Turnaround time is 1-2 weeks from when MAWS receives your weight.
Disclaimer: Shipping of your weight to MAWS and back is at the buyers expense. Shipping paid via the store will be used to ship your weight to you once complete. However, shipping of your weight to MAWS will need to be organised separately outside of the store
Note: PVD weights especially will need to be sanded down for a suitable base for paint to stick to sufficiently. Paint can also be safely removed through the use of acetone without damaging the weight itself. Weight patterns and surface finishes will vary and will not be as perfect as an anodised finish.
